30-Day Returns

This means that within 30 days of receiving your order, you can apply for a return and refund.

 

Return Eligibility

The product's condition that we accepts for a return: New and slightly used productsThis includes products that are opened or have been slightly used. 

 

Returns

  • To start a return, you need to contact us at lenygoods@gmail.com. State the reason for the return and provide the order number. We will respond to you within 3 business days.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will notify you by email and tell you how to return.
  • You are responsible for the cost of the return, such as return shipping.
  • If the product is shipped without our consent or cash on delivery is chosen, we will not accept such returns.

 

Refunds

If approved, you will automatically receive a full refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and issue the refund.

 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. (If the color or size is not suitable and you want to exchange, please apply for a return and re-purchase)

 

Damage and Issue

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and the order number so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. For defective/damaged or wrong items, you can return the item free of charge and receive the item amount and shipping fee you paid for this order.
